How is your Gut?

My! January just sailed to a gasping close. How are you doing? How is your gut (digestive tract)? Even if you did not celebrate Christmas or Thanksgiving, you probably ate or drank something that you don't normally have, during that season. Some of you got really happy, too, around the new year. Now, your gut is moaning a different tune, with rumblings or pain or even sending up nausea flares.

Acidity levels are generally high during this time, as the body works to return to balance. With some of us, though, this is proving to be a battle. Has an antacid become your friend because of indigestion? Are you taking laxatives because your bowel movements are slow or practically non-existent? Remember, they do not address the issue but merely ease your symptoms. What can you do to help yourself?

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is helpful to many. Bragg's ACV is a favorite. Having 2 tablespoons in a glass of room temperature or warm water, daily, seems to help not only indigestion but also helps lower blood sugar.

Food Enzymes

Digestive enzymes help to break down food and reduce indigestion. Providing that it's good food, your body will get some nutrients, too. If food is well digested, it will make your bowel movements more likely to happen.

Probiotics

If your gut is bothering you, then your microbiome needs help. Probiotics help to rebuild good bacteria, which help relieve bloating and gas, as well as strengthen the immune system. If you have issues with dairy, opt for a dairy-free probiotic,

Water

I cannot stress this enough. If you don't drink enough pure water, then there are so many issues that will result. Constipation, nausea, indigestion, elevation in blood pressure, headaches, joint pain... whew!

Colon Hydrotherapy

Enemas help to ease the pressure and help you have a movement. Colon Hydrotherapy is more far-reaching. Also called colonics or colonic irrigation, colon hydrotherapy can reach all the to the end of the colon, washing the organ and relieving it of dried, impacted stool. This is such a gentle, sanitary, and effective way to wash the colon.

To help you try it and feel better, we are offering colon hydrotherapy, through the month of February, for only $99 (regularly $125.00). Pay for as many sessions as you like. Tell your friends and family; tell your coworkers; tell everybody!

Note: If four people come for sessions, on your recommendation, one of your sessions is FREE.

Your health matters. It's time.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Thank you for introducing me to those herbs and for helping me to understand what I was doing to my body with all that sugar. My sugar levels are finally down and my family doctor is so pleased. Your class made so much sense; I felt like I was listening to you on the radio!"
