Helping People Go... When They Cannot

My brother-in-law has a special name for me, pertinent to our topic. He respectfully attaches my title to it, which I have shared with some of you. What is our topic? Bowel movements. What is the name? I'm sure you have guessed it.

Children talk about bowel movements but adults do not. Why? We brag about everything else that we produce. Your bowel movements are important. Here are some things you may not know about your t-bowl time:

  • Your bowel habits are indicators of your health.

  • If, over time, there is toxic build-up in the bowel, this can be a precursor to various degenerative diseases.

  • According to Dr. Bernard Jensen, “Every cell and tissue in the body is fed by the bloodstream, which is supplied by the bowel. When the bowel is dirty, the blood is dirty and so are the organs and tissues. It is the bowel that must first be cared for, before any effective healing can take place”.

  • Proper bowel function entails having 2 to 3 complete bowel movements daily,

  • If bowel movements can be overlooked, why do you feel so much better after you have had one? Mood improves, some people find that headaches cease; some even need to take a nap. This is because the body has rid itself of waste that is a burden in many ways.

  • Many people suffer from constipation and are not aware of it. If you have one meal, daily, then it is understandable that you have one bowel movement, daily. If, however, you have more than one meal but only one movement, there is a sluggish bowel problem that must be addressed.

Firstly, begin to hydrate, consistently. Drink lots of water, every day.

Secondly, once proper hydration has become a habit, increase your fiber intake.

Eat more fruits and vegetables, daily

Get fresh air, sunlight, restful sleep, and gentle exercise.

Find ways to de-stress, be it music, walks, reading, swimming, dancing...

Have colon hydrotherapy sessions to remove impacted material from your bowel (colon).

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Thank you for introducing me to those herbs and for helping me to understand what I was doing to my body with all that sugar. My sugar levels are finally down and my family doctor is so pleased. Your class made so much sense; I felt like I was listening to you on the radio!"
