Tips to Lower Blood Pressure - continued

Get at least 7 hours of sleep, every night. If you're having trouble sleeping, find out why and fix it. Maybe it is being on electronic devices close to bedtime. The blue light "awakens" the brain and prevents sleep. It might be that your magnesium is low, or there are other possible reasons.
Stop eating at least three hours before bed. Late night digestion can elevate blood pressure, over time, and also inhibit sleep.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. This one bears repeating. Drink pure alkaline water to help the body with oxygenation and reduction of acidity.
Cut out the processed junk food, like chips, cookies, breads, cakes, ice-cream
Take a series of colon hydrotherapy (colonic) sessions. You would be surprised at how unburdening the colon can help your blood pressure.
Drink hibiscus tea. You don't really need the sugar. If it is too tart, let it cool and blend with a couple pieces of fresh pineapple.
Add healthy fiber to your diet. Vegetables are wonderful!
Go for a walk, every day. Walk for at least 30 minutes. Don't talk on the phone. Breathe through your nose and let your body unwind. Leave the more strenuous exercise for later, when your pressure returns to normal.
Replenish your vitamin D. Get at least 15 minutes of sunlight on your skin, daily, The most beneficial time is between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Get a massage or administer a bit of self-massage by pulling on each finger, for about 10 seconds. Rub the palms and backs of the hands and feet; rub the neck, back of the head, and scalp. Use essential oils like lavender, bergamot, clary, ylang-ylang, or vetiver.
Soak your feet in warm water for about 15-20 minutes. You can add two drops of any of the essential oils listed above or any other relaxing oil of your choosing.
Are you thinking tht it's too much work? Ah, no, my friend; not when it comes to your health.
