The Mover and the Flusher

Greetings!

Hopefully, you have been drinking more water, this year. If you follow any of my Facebook pages [https://www.facebook.com/lawsonhealth/], then you know about the water challenge. I invite you to participate with me.

I truly want you to understand how vital water is to the proper functioning of your body's organ systems. The quality of the water you drink is extremely important, also. In order for you to be at optimal health, you should drink the purest and cleanest water possible. Consider these interesting facts about water:

  • Continual loss of water from the body can slow down the metabolic rate by as much as 3%.

  • Many us have suppressed our thirst mechanism to the point that it is often misinterpreted as hunger.

  • The number one reason for daytime sleepiness and low energy is water loss.

  • By the time a person feels thirsty, his or her body has lost 1-3% of its total water amount, which can affect memory and the ability to concentrate.

  • Water naturally moisturizes skin from the inside out, giving you a fresh-looking complexion and a beautiful glow.

  • Water naturally carries more substances than any other liquid found on Earth, including vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

Insufficient water intake leads to deficiencies.

Chronic dehydration is, in fact, a major, underlying cause of many common ailments. Allergies, for example, and even asthma can be symptoms of chronic dehydration. Dehydration increases histamine levels, which causes the body to release cortisol (a stress hormone). This suppresses the production of white blood cells, making the body vulnerable to allergens. Chronic dehydration can also cause or contribute to:

  • depression

  • high blood pressure

  • reflux disease

  • heartburn

  • gastro-esophageal reflux disorder (GERD)

  • joint pain (due to dried out cartilage)

  • kidney stones

  • depression

  • acid/alkaline imbalance (causing fatigue)

  • diverticulitis

  • obesity

  • eczema

  • urinary infections

  • rheumatoid pain (toxins build and cause pain because they have not been flushed out)

  • premature aging (Adapted from Hallelujah Acres)

Kangen Water® Drinking water is vital to a body that functions at a healthy level. Some common sources of drinking water found in city water systems, and some wells and springs may contain chemicals like chlorine, fluoride, pesticides and chemicals. Despite their use, these chemicals are not good for the body.

Kangen Water® is one option that provides optimal hydration. When your body is at optimal health, the negative factors that result from our cultural lifestyle can easily be filtered. Kangen Water® provides a positive alkaline environment and is filled with the good things that nature has designed for well-being.

I recommend that you drink at least 8-10 glasses of Kangen Water® a day or one-half of your body's weight, in ounces. Kangen Water® is not only clean and pure; it is also filled with life-enhancing minerals. Use this alkaline water for cooking, as well, and utilize the other functions to gain all-over household and garden benefits. The Kangen Alkaline Ionized Water System is compact and easy to install in any home or office. It will conveniently transform your tap water into healthy, balanced water that is perfect for your lifestyle and your wellness goals.

Hallelujah Acres recommends Kangen Water. "The best water we have found is alkalized Kangen water. A Kangen water machine purifies tap water, then alkalizes it up to a pH of 11.0; it actually makes your water better hydrating and makes it an antioxidant in the process." Visit https://www.enagic.com/ and then contact Dr. Lawson if you wish to purchase a machine.
