Apples and Almond Butter

A wonderfully healthy and delicious snack. Almond butter is quite easy to make. If you want to start small, start with about 2-3 cups of almonds.


You will need: 2-3 cups almonds a food processor a spatula a jar with a tight lid


Use the 'S' blade with your processor and, after turning it on, add the almonds slowly. The processing will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on your processor.

You will also need to stop the processor occasionally, to scrape the forming butter from the sides of the bowl. Soon, the consistency that you desire will develop.

Spoon your completed butter into your jar, cover, and store in the refrigerator.
